SWP Construction is a construction company located in Godley, Texas and is known for its outstanding performance in the construction industry. SWP has been delivering quality construction services to clients since 2005.

Led by a team of seasoned professionals with vast experience in construction management, engineering, architecture, and design, SWP Construction has established a reputation for excellence in project management, quality control, and safety. Trennon Massengale

President

Trennon Massengale is an entrepreneur, developer, and business leader with extensive experience in commercial construction, real estate investment, and finance. He currently serves as President of SWP Construction LLC, a company specializing in land development and concrete construction, and President of Sloan McLane LLC, an investment management firm focused primarily on real estate holdings. Trennon also serves on the Board of Directors for ACS Bank. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the largest general contractors in the United States on a diverse range of projects, including public education facilities, supermarkets, and nuclear power plants. His broad industry experience and leadership continue to drive growth across construction, development, and investment sectors.

Sloan Massengale

Chief Financial Officer

Sloan Massengale is the Chief Financial Officer at SWP Construction, LLC as well as serving as Vice President and property manager for Sloan McLane, LLC, an investment management firm focused on real estate holdings in the Johnson County area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University. Her leadership, communication skills and attention to detail ensure the continued success of our company. Her dedicated professionalism and drive to succeed in her role, shine above all.

Hunter Massengale

Project Manager

Hunter Massengale is an experienced Project Manager at SWP Construction. With a bachelor’s degree in business management from Tarleton State University and over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Hunter brings a strong blend of leadership, organization, and technical knowledge to every project. He is highly skilled in coordinating efforts between employees, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure projects run efficiently and meet expectations. Hunter’s expertise lies in managing project schedules, controlling budgets, and maintaining clear communication across all teams involved. His ability to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions helps keep projects on track from start to finish. Known for his reliability and results-driven approach, Hunter consistently delivers quality outcomes while fostering strong professional relationships on every job site.

Huriel Oviedo

Chief Operating Officer and Head of Estimating

Huriel Oviedo serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Estimating, bringing more than nine years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. With a strong background in operations, estimating, and strategic planning, Huriel plays a vital role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and organizational growth. He studied Construction Science & Management and Business Administration at Texas State University, blending technical construction expertise with strong business acumen. This dual education supports a well-rounded approach to project delivery, cost control, and leadership. Drawing from hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, Huriel also leverages construction technology and software to modernize workflows and enhance operational performance.

Derick offers over two decades of experience in the construction industry, known for his leadership, attention to detail, and strategic mindset. He has successfully managed diverse projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion. Derick’s problem-solving skills and collaborative approach have earned him the trust of clients and team members, driving success across every project.
